Problems with Corporate Landlords is their desire to continue to raise rent even though a persons paycheck doesn't increase to warrant a rent increase. Oh, that's right...its about quarterly and holiday profit bonuses for the share holders. Screw the renters !
Oh, and if you're a Jew it doesn't seem to matter that a corporation in Israel owns your Apartment Building because you'll be evicted too !!!
