I know it’s difficult when we get super emotional, but anyone who thinks this particular election is unique compared to previous ones, and that were in an existential crisis, is operating from a place of fear which is fundamentally not healthy for us. Fear is our enemy, our main enemy. Fear causes us to behave in ways we otherwise wouldn’t and to give up our values and liberties. The only thing to fear is fear itself.
