On Friday the 9th circuit court of appeals not only reinstated a covid vaccine mandate case that was thrown out by a lower district court but they also called into question whether or not the covid vaccines were actual vaccines. @KimIversen interesting new social media platform called "minnect". the concept basically provides a source to connect experts with the public. this can include scheduling 1 to 1 consultations and/or group connections through a larger podcast. instead of expertise valued on just traditional formal institutional credentialism, their is a customer ratings system (similar to ebay, amazon, etc) where the expert is rated on their specific expertise experience by the customer...
although this platform thus far seems more political and celebrity focused, it makes me wonder if this or something like this maybe a potential way out of corrupted "woke" institutional credentialism in areas like counseling, doctors, education, etc... the initial barriers i for see would be from traditional bureaucracies like health insurance companies but could be overcome in time with enough demand.
