This is a post I just made on Facebook concerning a massive data center being constructed in Fort Wayne, IN. Ours is probably somewhat unique as it is being located in an area of our city near residences which is causing a wide variety of concerns, but the data centers are going up all over the place. Makes one wonder what exactly is being stored in them?:
I just read a post that this is what the Google monstrosity being put in our backyard is all about. If so, no wonder it was cloaked in secrecy and we were never given a say. Talk about making Fort Wayne a target on a warfare map. Great job State of Indiana! (If it’s proven this is BS, I will apologize for making assumptions. I PRAY I will need to apologize!):
“The U.S. Department of Defense has awarded a $9 billion cloud computing contract to Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and Oracle[1][2][3][4][5]. The Joint Warfighting Cloud Capability (JWCC) contract will provide the Pentagon with enterprise-wide cloud services across all security domains and classification levels, from the strategic to tactical level[1][4].
The contract, which runs until June 2028, is a departure from the previous JEDI contract awarded solely to Microsoft in 2019[1][2]. The JEDI contract was mired in controversy and legal battles, with Amazon alleging political interference from former President Trump[2].
The multi-vendor approach is more common in the private sector and aims to make the work cheaper and more resilient[2][3]. Each company will compete for individual task orders, with a minimum guarantee of $100,000[2][3].
The award is a significant win for Oracle, which is not typically considered a top cloud provider[3]. All four companies have achieved high-level security accreditations to host the Pentagon's sensitive data[4].

@KimIversen @JonnyButtons @KimIversenShow Kim I honestly can believe this! I was on the $5.00 Monthly plan and my bank card connected to your locals community subscription was just charge $50. I did not consent to my monthly plan change as I was not given any notice of price or plan change by way of email and certainly not by why written or verbal notice by you on locals, as you haven’t interacted at all with your locals in nearly 5 months. I’m honestly upset! I hope this is just a billing mistake and you are able to help me resolve this. For this to happen to your supporter base that has support you for such a long time even through periods where you’ve practically abandoned your locals seems so rude. Like I said I hope this is just a mistake on the side on Rumble or Locals. I honestly don’t know who to contract besides you, as Rumble and by extension Locals is a large Ai automated
Fan company with few customer service options.
